Bike jumps divide estate residents

A home-made mountain bike jumps course has been razed over safety concerns in a Warragul housing estate.

The jumps, built by a group of local kids over several months near Mills Rd, was demolished with a digger without prior notice on Baw Baw Shire Council orders last week.
Parents say the youngsters were left distraught that their efforts had been destroyed, leading Chesterfield Park Estate resident Scott Goldman to initiate a petition.
