Baw Baw CEO salary lowest among Gippsland councils

A report just released by an organisation that monitors the performance of local government councils shows Baw Baw Shire chief executive Mark Dupe's annual salary is equal lowest among his peers in Gippsland.
Council Watch listed the chief executive salaries of all Victorian councils after studying their annual reports for 2021-2022.
According to its analysis Mr Dupe was paid between $300,000 and $310,000 for the year, the same as the East Gippsland shire ceo but below that of the other four Gippsland councils.
