An 11-year-old youth will be summonsed to Childrens' Court after he was allegedly involved in an attempted theft and assault at the Warragul Skatepark last weekend.
Two other youths, both aged 12-years-old, were cautioned by police.
The incident occurred at 4.10pm on Saturday, July 22.
Police allege the three youths approached a 12-year-old boy and asked for a ride on his bike. When he refused, the three youths allegedly assaulted him, leaving him with a blood nose, cut and swollen lip and bump to the head.
Police said witnesses yelled out to the youths who left the scene.
The three youths were later arrested at Warragul McDonald's.
The 11-year-old will face Childrens' Court court on charges including attempted theft, unlawful assault, recklessly causing injury and assault by kicking.
