The battle for Narracan has widened with the Australian Labor Party announcing a candidate and an independent launching his campaign.
Just six days before the close of nominations, Labor endorsed Nar Nar Goon CFA captain Justin Seddon, while former Baw Baw Shire councillor Tony Wolfe yesterday confirmed his nomination.
Their nominations will expand the field to seven candidates including Leonie Blackwell (Freedom Party), Wayne Farnham (Liberal), Shaun Gilchrist (The Nationals), Laura Rees (Animal Justice Party) and Alyssa Weaver (Greens).
