A community effort in Cardinia Shire is aiming to ensure no residents miss out on enjoying Christmas.
Christmas Together 2024 will provide food, gift hampers and financial assistance to those in need.
The program is through a collaborative effort by The Salvation Army, Bless Collective, the Cardinia Foundation and the Adventist Development and Relief Agency.
Cardinia Shire council also is backing Christmas Together and is encouraging residents to also support it where they can.
Non-perishable food and gifts for children up to 16 years old can be left at the council's civic centre at Officer until December 6.
Community members can register to receive support by completing the hamper registration form.
Hampers will be available from December 12 to 20.
