Warragul based social enterprise organisation the CRSE Group celebrated four years of operation.
The celebration took place at Warragul's Goods Shed and was complete with a smoking ceremony and an address from Baw Baw Shire mayor Annemarie McCabe.
Aunty Cheryl Drayton led the smoking ceremony ahead of the official proceedings and talked about the importance of the work CRSE Group does for people in Gippsland.
CRSE offers consulting services to charity and business leaders, work to eliminate recruitment bias and are part of the Gippsland Social Enterprise Collective.
The group is working to decrease the underutilised labour force rate,
