Keys stolen during burglary

Car keys were reported stolen during an aggravated burglary in Drouin last week.

Police said three offenders gained entry to a residential property in Shakespeare Crt at 4.47am on Tuesday, September 24.
Entering the property through a side gate, the three offenders allegedly removed fly screens from locked windows before entering via a back sliding door.
They fled with a set of car keys after being confronted by an occupant and dog.
It was one of two aggravated burglaries reported on that date. The second occurred overnight in Dawson Drv, Warragul.
Police said two vehicles were accessed at the property, one parked in the garage and another on the street. They believe the garage roller door had been left open.
A wallet was stolen and bank cards used in transactions at petrol stations in Longwarry, Pakenham and Officer.
In an unrelated incident, police halted a theft after responding to an alarm on Sunday, September 22.
They said a 39-year-old man was arrested at Drouin Secondary College at 6am.
It is alleged the man was found in possession of an air purifier and JBL speaker.
