The Hallora Cricket Club raised almost $9000 at its second ever Pink Stumps Day on Saturday for breast cancer charity McGrath Foundation.
Braving the heat, the club hosted a women's high tea dressed in pink before watching the division one team take on Catani, similarly decked out in pink.
Guest speakers included breast cancer survivor Hayley Morris, who talked about her experiences, and Jemima Page, who spoke about the importance of breast checks and breast care.
The club has so far raised $9000 for the foundation, which aims to place breast care nurses in communities across Australia.
This was a significant increase from their first event where they raised $6500.
The club thanked the event committee for their efforts getting the day in motion, in particular event coordinator Nicola Williams.
