Milk an important part of a good latte

While many coffee connoisseurs believe its all about the beans, Gippsland Jersey recently introduced baristas to the significance of milk in a good coffee.
Gippsland Jersey recently held a "barista day" at Wallacedale - the farm of Luke and Mel Wallace in Poowong.
The day aimed to bring together the animals and people involved throughout the whole coffee making chain - from the dairy cows producing the milk, to their farmers, to the expert baristas who make the coffee all the way through to the consumer.
