Gippsland dairy producers are "killing it" as leading success stories and putting the region on the map, an industry forum has heard.
The Dairy Industry Association of Australia (DIAA) recently held a networking event and question and answer session with two of Australia's top cheesemakers at the South Gippsland Dairy and Farming Expo.
The event, titled - "Why Gippsland shines as Australia's premier dairy region," was attended by farmers, food and fibre producers, industry representatives and community members.
