Syrup and smiles make fora flip-tacular Shrove Tuesday
1 min read

Students at St Paul's Anglican Grammar School's Drouin Campus had a flip-tacular time celebrating Shrove Tuesday last week.
Educators engaged students in lively discussions about the history and meaning of Shrove Tuesday before the fun really began.
The 'yummy' part everyone had been waiting for arrived as junior school students dove into the pancake-making process. They followed the recipe, mixed the batter and quickly turned it into a friendly cook-off to see which group could make the best pancakes.
Each group carefully flipped their creations to perfection before smothering them with an array of delicious toppings.
Even the ELC students lent a helping hand with the pancake-making, enjoying the tasty results of their efforts.
It was a day full of fun, smiles, syrup, and, of course, plenty of pancakes, making this inaugural Shrove Tuesday at the new St Paul's Drouin campus one to remember.
