Many bright and colourful characters could be seen running, high and long jumping, and enjoying the many track, field and novelty events during the St Paul's Anglican Grammar School secondary school house athletics carnival.
Year 12 students embraced their creativity and took competing in dress-ups in their stride to bring a positive and fun vibe to the event, whilst inspiring the younger students to do their very best.
Many of the competitions were close, with Paterson house emerging as the overall house champion with 1219 points.
Chisholm house finished second overall with 1114 points, and in third place was Gilmore house with 1078 points.
The house athletics carnival is a competitive combined-campus event for St Paul's students that provides them with friendly house rivalry, creates an interest in physical activity for their health and wellbeing, and provides the opportunity to make new friends in their house from both campuses.
