A bunch of 'centenarians' raced through the grounds at St Paul's Anglican Grammar School at what might be considered an unusual speed for people who are 100 years old.
Draped in outfits similar to what their grandparents may wear and sporting stylish grey hairstyles, it was soon discovered they were the prep students excitedly celebrating their 100th day of school.
When they remembered to slow down, they were spotted hunching over their walking frames and sticks while feigning aches and ailments.
Meanwhile, prep teachers appeared to have gone on leave, and a group of (nearly) unrecognisable senior citizens took their place, their attire and movements putting a smile on everyone's faces.
The 'centenarians', AKA preps, also toured all of the classes to share their excitement with other students for completing 100 days of forging friendships, embarking on new discoveries and embracing the joy of learning.
