Students at St Joseph's Catholic Primary School recently participated in their school's athletics carnival at the Geoff Watt Track in Warragul.
The students were divided into four house colours and represented their team as they participated in a number of athletic events.
The day began with a whole school warm-up to music led by Mia Scanlon from 'You and Mia Fitness' in Trafalgar. The students then participated in running events including hurdles, sprints and 200m running race.
After this they rotated around field events including high jump, discuss, and ball games.
Teacher Taryn Maxwell-Garratt organised the day for the school community.
