Significant numbers of children will be unable to access kindergarten in Baw Baw Shire unless further infrastructure is made available, a new report has warned.
The report, sharing outcomes of council's feasibility assessment on early years infrastructure, was presented to a recent council meeting.
It identified 10 feasible kinder projects out of 25 opportunities explored by council.
