St Paul's Anglican Grammar School held a special ceremony for the opening of the junior school's new learning and administration building, as well as an expansion of the early learning centre recently.
The junior school's new building includes five classrooms, multiple smaller break-out rooms, a new space for both student services and administration areas as well as a new staffroom. The building was funded through a state government grant and contribution from the school's building fund.
The early learning centre expansion was made possible due to a refurbishment of the former administration building, and a smaller state government grant.
The proceedings saw both spaces undergo a dedication by The Right Reverend Dr Richard Treloar, Bishop of Gippsland, following speeches from head of junior school Rowan van Raay and school board chair Darren Jennings.
School officials in particular gave thanks to the architects who made the new building possible, while also pledging to put it to full use for the students that will use it.
