Died peacefully with his wife Kathleen at his side and in the company of family on 19th March 2025, Drouin, Australia.
Devoted and beloved husband of Kathleen (nee Yeates) for sixty years. Outstanding father to Richard, Valerie, Anita, John, Elizabeth, Leah (dec.), and Peter.
The first child of Herman and Joanna Willems (both dec.), brother to Ina, Adelheide (dec.), Ada, Jack (dec.), Herman, and Harry.
A loyal son, brother and uncle, a loving husband, father and grandfather, a master builder, a farmer and a singer.
A faithful Christian and community contributor throughout his life.
Rest in peace, Wouter.
Dad, a moral compass and the epitome of tolerance and inclusion but most importantly brimming with love for his family.
