Bunyip Primary School went crazy on Friday, June 19. The school had a free dress day, with students and staff sporting some amazing hair styles for crazy hair day.
The event was held in support of student Monique Simioni in her endeavour to raise money for Alopecia.
Monique had her own hair cut off to donate to the Alopecia Foundation to make a wig for someone who has Alopecia.
The school also raised $430 for the cause.
Monique thanked people who donated money to the cause.
“When I got my hair cut, I felt a little bit strange, but I know that I am lucky because my hair will grow back.
“The hair I had cut off will help another little person.”
