When a Warragul youngster showcased his "Bumrah" bowling style in a game of family cricket, he never expected the man himself to be watching nearby.
Jack Cameron, just 11-years-old, was bowling in Watsons Bay, Sydney when Indian bowling sensation Jasprit Bumrah approached last Monday and asked "who taught you to bowl like me?"
"I felt pretty excited," Jack said of meeting the man currently ranked the world's best bowler.
His younger brother Harry added, "it was cool to meet him."
In his second year of playing with Western Park Cricket Club, Jack kept a keen eye on the test series between Australia and India and had been imitating Bumrah's unique bowling style all summer.
"The first time I tried, dad cracked up laughing," he said.
