Original country rock and classic Aussie pub covers will be on offer at Robin Hood Hotel on Saturday, July 2.
Cush Ryder's "Aussie Rock Band" has dusted off Victorian lockdowns and is ready to hit the road to rock out.
In the same vain of Keith Urban and Lynyrd Skynyrd, Ryder says the band has an American sound.
"We're not a band that sings about sheering sheep and great barren land of Australia. We like to rock it out."
Having lived overseas for 17 years, Ryder has been back in Australia for nine years and is fully embracing the life of a working musician.
Writing most of the band's original country rock songs, he is looking forward to the Drouin West gig as part of a Victoria tour also taking in Seaford and Bendigo. They will tour New South Wales later this year before taking Aussie Rock Band further afield to the USA in about 12 months.
