Learn to tango in Yarragon

Gippsland Tango has a new foundation class program available for anyone looking to kick-start their tango journey.
Designed for people new to Argentine tango and those who haven't danced in a while, the aim of the beginner class program is to provide the foundations of the tango style and develop and deepen the unique dance skills.
Held over eight one-hour sessions at the St David's Uniting Church hall in Yarragon, the program will be taught by skilled instructors Fabio Robles and Michelle de Monte.
The tango dance style suits all ages and abilities and dance partners are not required for the foundation class program.
The program will take place weekly from Wednesday March 12 to Wednesday April 30. Classes will be held form 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
The cost for the eight classes is $150 per person or $270 per couple.
Dancers should park in the public hall carpark and follow the glittering "tango" sign to the entry door behind the church. Get in quick before the the program books out.
