“Different Directions”
1 min read

The Serigraph Gallery in Neerim South will showcase artwork representing and responding to the world around us, as part of the "Different Directions" exhibition from Saturday.
The exhibition includes work in various mediums created by 10 local artists, capturing their unique interpretation of the world and environment.
Kerrie Warren and Christine Cochran's large paintings on display in the exhibition, convey that impact of both the delicate beauty, and the imposing endurance and solidity of the natural environment.
The dramatic composition of Phil Henshall's ''Sou Wester at Eagles Nest'', also featured in the exhibition, captures nature's wild beauty from the calm and safe confines of the car.
The nest and the wind turbine in one of Marilyn Rodwell's pastels evokes both nurturing and the strong associations and balances confronting us.
Also included in the diverse exhibition are quirky, mixed-media miniatures created by Kay Lancashire, etchings by Karin Ryan and Eleanor Healy-Wills, along with works by Lynne McDowell, Daphne Mihan and Keith Graham.
"Different Directions" will be on display at the Serigraph Gallery in Neerim South from November 4 to 19.
The gallery is open between 10am and 4pm on weekends and will be open on Monday, November 6 as part of the exhibition.
