Warragul Acoustic Unplugged had another terrific night of music and fun in March.
While the long weekend reduced numbers, the evening featured the usual local performers, who alternated presenting songs from a wide variety of genres – all under the broad heading of acoustic music.
The material played varies from pop to classical, folk, country, and show tunes, including both vocal and instrumental numbers.
While speakers are used to help the voices reach all audience members, the instruments all fit under the acoustic banner, and the overall sound is fairly mellow.
Anyone wishing to join in as a performer or audience member can. Music nights are held at the Warragul Senior Citizens Centre, on the corner of Mason and Barkly Streets, on the second Friday of each month.
