1 min read

Warragul police are investigating two aggravated burglaries in Warragul at about 11pm on Sunday night.
A third aggravated burglary, resulting in the theft of a Mercedes, was reported in Trafalgar on the same night.
Police are calling on nearby residents to check any CCTV and report any suspicious or unusual activity.
In Warragul, police said two residents woke to see a man standing in their Silver Wattle Drv house.
They yelled at the offender who left the house. Nothing appeared to be stolen.
Police believe the man entered via a back sliding door which may have been left unlocked.
A second incident occurred in Hallyburton Grove.
Police reported a person was asleep in a bedroom of a bungalow-style residence at the address.
They woke to find a person reaching through an open window and shutters in an attempt to gain entry.
Again, the resident yelled out, and the offender left the area.
Police believe two offenders may be involved in the Warragul incidents.
On the same night, a Mercedes was stolen from Davey Drv, Trafalgar.
Police allege the aggravated burglary occurred between 8pm on Sunday and 8am on Monday.
Access was possibly gained via a garage, with a connecting door to the house.
The Mercedes was later recovered in Traralgon.
Police are appealing to residents to check all doors and windows are locked every night to help prevent opportunistic crime.
