Easter Art Sale on now
1 min read

Baw Baw Arts Alliance's fourth annual Easter Art Show is on again at the Warragul Exhibition until this Sunday April 7.
A collaboration with Warragul Rotary Club, BBAA's Easter Art Show is designed to support artists, and give community members an opportunity to buy art straight off the wall.
Each artist provides four pieces of work for the show, three are hung on the wall immediately and the fourth is hung once the first piece is sold.
The show also features a raffle including a variety of prizes with a painting by local artist Margaret Koopmans, and outdoor setting and a dinner for two. All proceeds will go to Baw Baw Food Relief.
The Easter Art Show in its current format was born out of years of COVID-19 lockdowns.
Before COVID, the Warragul Rotary Art Show "Art Gippsland" brought artists and visitors from across Victoria to the area.
When years of lockdowns prevented the show from going ahead, past president of the BBAA, Anita George, developed a new art event in conjunction with the Warragul Rotary Club.
Previously members of BBAA supported Rotary members by organising the hanging of artwork for the annual show, now Warragul Rotary Club work collaboratively with the Alliance to provide artists with a support they missed during lockdowns.
The BBAA Easter Art Show will be on at the Warragul Exhibition Hall until this Sunday April 7 and will include a late night opening on Thursday April 4.
